Responsibilities include:

• Monitors and maintains the performance of production servers and applications, operating systems and network connections
• Performs new client set-up and installations, integration, testing and performance monitoring systems
• Assists in formulating systems capacity and participates in the evaluation of systems software
• Supports production systems by implementing changes as required
• Participates in after-hours on-call rotation
• Provides technical expertise and support for applications, systems and end users to resolve technical and performance availability
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Two year technical degree in related area; additional education/certification is a plus
• 1 - 2 years experience in network and data center administration
• Experience in maintaining a high availability production server environment
• Experience with the following is a plus: MS Office, Windows Server 2003/2008, MAC OS, hardware platforms, Citrix and/or Terminal Services, Active Directory, VMWare and VBScript.
