Wizmo Inc., an Eden Prairie based company, a leader in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team.

• Monitors and maintains the performance of production hardware and applications, operating systems and network connections
• Manages new client set-up and installations, integration, testing and performance monitoring systems
• Assists in formulating system capacity and participates in the evaluation of systems software
• Plans, tests and implements new technologies
• Supports production by implementing changes as required
• Provides technical expertise and support for applications and systems and end users to resolve technical and performance problems
• Works closely with Development, Quality Assurance and Technical Support to implement, monitor and maintain 100% service availability
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Two year technical degree in related area; additional education/certification a plus
• 5-8 years experience in network and data center administration and experience in maintaining a high availability production server environment
• Experience with the following a plus: HTML, MS Office, Windows 98, 2000, XP, MAC OS, hardware platforms, Outlook, Citrix & Active Directory, VBScript
• Strong project management skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
