Technical Support/Systems Administrator

 

Wizmo Inc., is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Support/System Administrator to join our team.

 

 

Essential Responsibilities:

 

  • Know our partners and put them first
  • React quickly and vigilantly in response to incoming partner requests
  • Apply ad-hoc problem solving skills
  • Engage your left brain for system administration tasks such as partner orders and quality assurance processes
  • Adhere to established standards as needed to ensure complete partner satisfaction
  • Work cooperatively within a team to shepherd requests through to completion
  • Help build our organization's knowledge base by documenting symptoms, diagnoses, actions and solutions
  • Recognize opportunities to develop your skill set and stretch your abilities beyond your essential responsibilities

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 4-year degree in technical field preferred, enhanced with practical technical experience
  • Strong in-depth knowledge about Microsoft-based technologies such as Office Windows, Active Directory
  • Experience with the following is a plus: TCP/IP networking, Mac OS X, iOS, Android, Citrix, Microsoft Terminal Services and Microsoft CRM, VBScript and HTML
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and team philosophy required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize conflicting requests, manage workload, and perform under pressure, working as a team to provide seamless 24/7 support
  • Reliable, Respectful and Responsive to internal and external partners
